I ordered PVC and laminate cleaner. One of the bottles had leaked, and some of it had spilled out. A single phone call was enough to get a new bottle sent the next day. Excellent service!

Great experiences. A company that still has empathy, thinks along with you, and even delivered the underlay and skirting boards not only on time but also up a rather steep staircase into the living room. Top-notch service both before and during the delivery process. This is one of the very few companies that still gets it these days. They don't make complicated arrangements about delivery to the first complex entrance door or to the ground floor, and come up with all sorts of delaying slogans these days. Highly recommended.

Yesterday I ordered a bucket of PVC glue and a jerry can of primer. It was delivered early today by their own delivery driver. Due to a mistake, the bucket of glue wasn't included. They called immediately and took action, and an hour later the delivery driver was at my door with a bucket of glue. A huge thumbs up for this company for not abandoning the customer in these times when everything is blamed on delivery problems or staff shortages. I'll definitely order from them again next time.

I came to this company for work. Unfortunately, I'd misplaced my bucket. I must have secured it incorrectly. I couldn't buy a new one because the other DIY stores were closed. It was too early. And without it, I couldn't work. When I told them about this setback, they gave me a new one for free! Gestures like that are rare! Thank you again!

I was a little hesitant to order something here because not all the reviews were great. But I can only say that the delivery, despite the December rush, couldn't have been faster, and everything else was perfect. So, top marks from me!
